You don’t get better on the days when you feel like going. You get better on the days when you don’t want to go, but you go anyway. If you can overcome the negative energy coming from your tired body or unmotivated mind, you will grow and become better. It won’t be the best workout you have, you won’t accomplish as much as what you usually do when you actually feel good, but that doesn’t matter. Growth is a long term game, and the crappy days are more important.

~ Laugh. A lot. All the time.
~ Let go of anger. Anger is an acid that can do more harm to the vessel in which it is stored, than to anything on which it is poured.
~ Learn from my mistakes.
~ Forgive myself.
~ Harness all my energy in to positive things, and people, which help me to grow.
~ There is always people somewhere who do love me and are grateful for who I am and what I bring to their life.
~ My feelings are valid.
~ Comparison truly is the thief of joy.
~ I am unique, I am important, I am valuable, I am beautiful, I am a giver, I am a lover, I am.
